PERSONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT + RESOLUTION

Pamela Dussault is a Personal Crisis Coach and Consultant who helps individuals navigate some of life’s most painful and disorienting experiences, from family estrangement and fractured relationships to the relentless demands of caregiving. With over 20 years of experience, she has guided countless people through the uncertainty of loss, the weight of identity shifts, and the chaos of unexpected upheavals. Her mission is to help people rediscover their inherent value, even when crisis has convinced them they’ve lost it.

Having lived through the emotional and spiritual toll of caregiving, an extremely unhealthy marriage, and the challenges of raising three boys on her own, Pamela knows firsthand how easily one’s sense of worth and belonging can be consumed by crisis. Yet her journey also reflects the possibility of renewal—building a business to support her family, courageously stepping into a new, healthy marriage, and creating a joyful blended family. These experiences fuel her passion and her belief that crisis can become the doorway to clarity, dignity, and a new beginning.

She empowers her clients to move beyond guilt, shame, and exhaustion into strength, clarity, and authentic connection. At the core of her work is guiding people to reclaim their worth—beyond roles, obligations, or past pain. Through tools like mental fitness, somatic mindfulness, and positive psychology, Pamela helps people not only survive crisis but transform it into a catalyst for resilience, healing, and deeper purpose.
